Scholarship opportunity

JFK Presidential Library and Museum is offering scholarships from 100 to 10,000 dollars to high school students. The deadline is January 18, 2019. To enter students must describe and analyze an act of political courage by a US elected official who served during or after 1917. All submissions must go to contest requirements.

Awards and Recognition:  

  • First-place prize:  $10,000          
  • Second-place prize:  $3,000          
  • Five Finalists:  $500 each
  • Eight Semifinalists:  $100 each
  • Ten Honorable Mentions
