Senior Sara Corravo received first place for sport layout and design. Senior Allie Lefere received first place in both student life photo as well as student life layout and design. Senior Megan Rose received first place for sports action photo.
2013-14 Staff/Book
Sophomore Hailey Baker received first place for cation writing. Sophomore Ciera Barron received first place in student life spread. Alumni Brittany Brockie received first place for academic spread, third place for personality profile, and honorable mention for business ad design. Corravo received first place for caption writing, business ad design, second place for club/performance photo, feature presentation, honorable mention for advertising spread, feature presentation, and organization spread. Sophomore Abbey Ferguson received honorable mention for organization spread. Junior Kayla Golightly received second place for feature presentation. Alumni Juliana Kampf received first place for student life spread, organization spread, second place for opening and closing, and honorable mention for side bar. Lefere received honorable mention for academic spread and photo illustration. Junior Madisen Matthews received first place for sport spread. Alumni Paige Niciporek received first place for caption writing, sports feature photo, third place for people spread, and honorable mention for feature presentation. Alumni Sierra Nicka received second place for photo illustration, feature presentation, third place for caption writing, and honorable mention for sports feature photo. Alumni Taylor Parsons received third place caption writing. Alumni Elizabeth Southworth received first place for sports spread, second place for photo illustration, opening and closing, and honorable mention for academic photo. Junior Alyssa Stull received third place for people spread and honorable mention for school spirit photo. The staff placed first for endsheet design, division pages, second place for theme development, and honorable mention for cover design. Overall, they were awarded a Gold Award (second place).
