The high school as well as the middle school has been awarded for making our schools a more healthier environment. Northwest has received a gold award.

On Wednesday, May 13, the winning schools will be recognized at a special ceremony at the Capitol Building in Lansing.

Congratulations to the Northwest health team that is led by Tokar and Delbridge. A special thank you to Russell for providing the healthiest nutrition services possible and to Rush and all her work on SHIFT grant and Reproductive Health Board. Finally, a thank you to our community support; Jackson County ISD- Sukta, Center for Family Health, Benedetto and McCormick, and Jackson Health Department- White and Buchler (Now with JCISD).
