Henry Ford Allegiance Radiation Oncology is hosting a Step by Step Family Wellness Day on Sept. 23. Participants may pay $20 to participate in one event or $25 to participate in two events.

  To kick off the day a five mile run begins at 8 a.m. followed by a 5K run/walk at 9 a.m. The children race begins at 10:15 a.m.

  Family activities begin at 8 a.m. including an inflatable obstacle course, rockwall climbing and a free breakfast for participants and their families.  

  There is a $100 prize for top male and female winners of each event. Additional prizes will be awarded to other top finishers.
