School Counselor, Marney Smith has created an Anxiety and Depression Group at Northwest High School. The first meeting will be on Tuesday, November 14th. This is created to provide healthy relationships, implement a comfortable environment for discussions, and help others gain coping skills. The Mental Health Matters group is going to run in six-week increments and will be taking place on Tuesdays/Thursdays during Focus Time. There are spots left! If interested, please feel free to join.
