On Friday, May 31st, from 1:25 p.m. to 2:25 p.m., Northwest High School hosted a pep rally assembly for upcoming Freshmen. They were welcomed with games, music, and competitions to pass the time in a fun and creative way.
One of the games played during the rally was called What the Mountie Wants, where students are asked to retrieve miscellaneous belongings as quickly as possible.
Among the many competitions, the eighth graders successfully won a game where each grade level tried to scream “Mounties” as loud as possible and a decibel reader determined the most audible.
The rally was very successful and Northwest High School is thrilled to welcome the nearing Freshmen.
