Northwest High School’s annual Trunk-or-Treat took place Saturday, October 25th, in the Northwest upper elementary parking lot from 12-1:30 pm. The Trunk-or-Treat was a great way for younger children in the community to have a safe and fun trick-or-treating experience with their families.
Aaron Bush, the elementary principal and head of Trunk-or-Treat, considers this year’s event very successful. He said he felt this way because of the sponsors. In addition, he feels this year was so successful because of the “perfect” weather.
The upper elementary parking lot held approximately 60 trunks this year for each kid to visit. There were close to 625 kids from the Northwest community attending, and roughly 2,000 people in total.
