As prom season inches closer, upperclassmen are beginning to make preparations by fabricating glamorous “promposals,ˮ shopping for that perfect dress, and getting fitted for tuxedos.

The seniors have just had to read the novel The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, the prom committee decided to make the theme for this year’s junior/senior dance “The Roaring 20s,ˮ but more specifically “A Night at Gatsby’s.ˮ

The dance will be held at Jackson College in the Potter Center at 2111 Emmons Road, Jackson, MI on April 25, 2015 from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m.

Invitations are going to be handed out to all juniors and seniors on Tuesday the 17 during their fifth hour class

Tickets will be going on sale for $25 if bought before spring break, and $30 if purchased afterward.

In order to bring a guest from a lower grade, from another school, or someone who has already graduated in the past couple of years, a form needs to be filled out and turned into the office for approval.
