Adopt a Family has started its process of collecting items for needy families, and it is again being organized by Miss Hade. The program helps families within the Northwest community to have a less stressful holiday by supplying food and gifts during the Christmas season.  Multiple families are supported during this charity event. 

   “We have food, toiletries, clothes, toys, and books we give out,” said Hade. 

    This event begins on Monday, November 12 and lasts through Wednesday, December 12. Giving trees will be set up in each Northwest school building and several other areas, including businesses and churches throughout Jackson.
